Join us for a Korean style fresh Fluke Sashimi Feast in North York!
Fluke sashimi is prized for a firm, chewy texture ( known specifically as ‘'jjolgit-jjolgit,') and a sweet deep flavour. This restaurant’s chef maintains a fish tank full of seafood - this will be as fresh as it can come!
This star of this family-style feast will be the “live” fluke sashimi wrapped in perilla leaves or lettuce dipped in Korean hot sauce.
We’ll also enjoy oysters, a spicy sashimi salad, sushi rolls, tempura basket, and a fish stew made with the same fluke bones as our sashimi fish.
